Keith was an elected Councillor and a member of the planning committee in Kensington and Chelsea for 16 years prior to establishing Success in Planning in June 2010.

As a planning Councillor he was responsible for determining complex planning applications with colleagues. These applications included

  • Whole estate regeneration at Wornington Green in North Kensington
  • Commonwealth Institute
  • Chelsea Academy School
  • Kensington Palace
  • Holland Park School new build
  • Lots Road Power Station
  • Odeon Cinema, Kensington High Street

Keith was heavily involved in the new borough policies as a member of LDF working groups and helped shape these policies.

He has now been retained on planning projects in Islington, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Wandsworth, Westminster and the Chilterns in addition to Kensington and Chelsea projects.
